This villa sits in one of Miami’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, lined with waterfront properties that look out over Biscayne Bay. Ben Whistler’s long-standing client, Argent Design, has an outpost in the Florida city, and this project is typical of its very high-spec approach to interiors.
More than 20 items were supplied by Ben Whistler for the villa
including chairs, stools, sofas and ottomans; neutral upholstery complements dark stained timber frames for a look that is sophisticated and tailored throughout.
Large, deep, loungey sofas are an Argent signature, filled with feather and down to be particularly comfortable.
The games room features an especially large U-shaped sofa upholstered in velvet, accompanied by a wool-upholstered ottoman with a diamond-stitched quilted finish.
An open-plan living space includes a further large sofa as well as an upholstered coffee table with inset mirror, and lounge chairs with beech show-wood and different fabrics used for the front and back.
